Gangstar Rio: City of Saints is an open world sandbox Grand Theft Auto style game for iOS. It was released on 10th November 2011 for iPod, iPhone and iPad.
Gameplay[]
The player travels around Rio completing missions involving driving and assassination of targets. When not doing missions or completing the storyline, the player is free to roam around the city and cause havoc, gaining Respect and money to unlock new weapons and features of the game.
Reception[]
The game received mixed reviews. SlidetoPlay said that Rio "utilizes your device's music library and gyroscopic driving mechanic for hours of gameplay". Pocket Gamer gave it a negative review saying that fans of GTA should wait for the upcoming iOS re-release.
